Salon AUDACE calls every client 24-48 hours before their appointment to confirm the date, time and provider of their scheduled service(s). If we have an incorrect phone number, or the inability to leave a voicemail, it is the client's responsibility to remember their appointment. Salon ADUACE offers appointment confirmations by email or text message if selected by the client. We respect our clients' time. Salon AUDACE does its best to accommodate every client's schedule. Late arrival for an appointment may result in your appointment being cut short. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Salon AUDACE reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.
Cancellations/ No Shows
If an appointment is cancelled with less than reasonable notice, stylists miss the opportunity to fill the time that wait list clients would be able to accommodate.
Appointments require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Corrective Color, Hair Extensions, smoothing and straightening services, as well as any appointment scheduled for more than 3 hours, require 48 hours notice. Cancellations without proper notice may be subject to additional charges up to the full cost of your missed appointment.
Salon AUDACE reserves the right to require 100% of the service charge in order to schedule another appointment in the event of a no show. Repeat offenders who no show or cancel without proper notice will be subject to appointment restrictions and/or walk-in basis only.
For the safety of your children, Salon AUDACE does not allow any children under the age of 13 in the salon unless they are receiving services with a stylist.
